Purchase grants one buyer a non-transferable right to use and adapt materials in personal or commercial projects, but not to resell or share the source pack. The paid file is made available for immediate download after verified payment. If delivery fails or access is lost, contact PromptPlay for order verification and manual support.

Refunds

Because files are delivered immediately, sales are generally final except where law requires or a file is defective.
